Just a few carriers implement UMA because not many phones support it and handset makers do not invest in development of UMA stacks, because just a few carriers support it. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I think it is all in the hands of the MNOs. I guess RIM implemented UMA to support T-Mobile-USA @Home rollout.
